1 February 2025

We have kicked off 2025 and the construction of 8 Brownlow with the demolition of the six homes on Soudan Avenue and the demolition of a portion of the underground parking garage at 18 Brownlow.

Now that the major demolition has been completed, we will continue to clear the site and begin to dig our way down to the bottom of the hole.

1 April 2025

We are now half way down to the bottom of the hole with one row of tiebacks nearing completion and one more row to go. The permanent hoarding for the site is currently being assembled and some very unique hoarding art will be posted soon.

1 July 2025

We have reached the bottom of the hole and approaching the end of the excavation phase. We have begun pouring concrete and will continue to work on the foundation and 3 levels of underground parking on the site.

1 August 2025

Excavation is now complete. The crane has been erected and we have begun forming our footings. The remainder of the hoarding is currently underway on Brownlow Ave with artwork soon to follow.

1 September 2025

The forming of footings, columns, and walls is in full speed with the pour of the slab on grade (P3 floor) scheduled for the first week of September.
